Before you write
How quickly will you reply?
Within twelve hours, and usually within three during Sri Lankan working hours. If you have not heard from us in a day, check your spam folder and then message us on WhatsApp.
Can we speak on the phone or video call?
Yes. Tell us your time zone and a window that suits you and we will call. Most UK and European guests prefer a WhatsApp voice call; Australian guests usually take a morning slot our afternoon.
Do I have to pay anything to get an itinerary?
No. The full day-by-day itinerary, named hotels and fixed price are free and come with no obligation.
What information should I include?
Approximate dates, how long you have, how many of you and roughly what you want to spend per person. Anything you must see, and anything you would rather avoid.
Which languages do you work in?
English throughout. We have German, French and Dutch-speaking guides available on request, and Tamil and Sinhala are of course native.
